Started off good....

Got the app for my 2 year old. It worked great for a while and she LOVED it. But after a month or two every book she would select wouldnt be the book that would load. Then after upgrading it it didnt fix any of the issues and made everything worse. So I tried to reinstall the app but it is saying already installed. Contacted the developers and never heard back.
